This position is a contract to hire and is located in Lone Tree, CO. Job Title: Product Manager, Mobile Department: Mobile Reports to: Sr Manager of Mobile & Personalization Job Description: The Manager, Product Marketing will be responsible for the day-to-day operational and tactical responsibilities that support the DexKnows mobile team. This person will focus on supporting the Senior manager of mobile and personalization in providing support for DexKnows mobile cross-functional alignment with other Dex One initiatives. This position will be responsible for vendor and operational management improvements to existing products and applications across all mobile platforms. This position is expected to manage smooth transitions between version releases, issue resolutions, bug tracking and overall vendor adherence to service level agreements. This position will identify opportunities for improvement including platform performance, user experience, tracking, customer surveys, analyzing results and performance data and market trends. Responsible for ensuring DexKnows mobile applications are available at selected third party distribution sites. This position will also be responsible for communicating the DexKnows mobile value and application features and functions throughout the company. This includes writing articles, when appropriate for internal newsletters and intranets; working with marketing to develop marketing collateral for advertisers, the dexknows.com site, and for consumers; working with sales to create job aids that explain the features of the mobile applications across all platforms and to provide training documentation for sales; working with customer service to provide FAQs, troubleshooting documents and any other internal communication deemed necessary. This position will work with legal to ensure that DexKnows mobile is in compliance. Responsibilities • Support Sr Manager of Mobile and Personalization in vendor and operational management and improvements of existing products and applications across all mobile platforms. • Support senior manager in vendor service agreements, deliverables of existing vendors including product version updates, enhancements, progressive and regression testing, and bug/issue fixes. • Support senior manager to document core business requirements for new features and products across digital platforms • Responsible for market analysis including market research (consumer feedback), technology and consumer trends in mobile. • Communicating DexKnows mobile value and features/functions to all business units, including marketing, sales, customer service, and to consumers. • Review and analyze product performance, monitor usage and search results for improvement opportunities, benchmark existing product performance against competitive products in the market and drive product improvement strategies • Support marketing and promotions program execution to driving product adoption and increase usage including the management of specific and/or customized vendor tools, user interfaces and applications • Lead contact with Legal to ensure we are in compliance • All other duties as assigned Skills/Qualifications • Results oriented with a willingness to take responsibility and initiative; must have a positive attitude • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills while possessing the ability to facilitate internal resources to achieve goals. • BA required • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager • 3+ years of online experience utilizing the web as a marketing vehicle • Demonstrated success in product launches and end-to-end execution of marketing strategies • Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently • Strong work ethic, integrity and a high level of professionalism. • Experience working with software development teams using Agile and iterative development methodologies • Mobile experience a plus Working Conditions • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
