Coupious is a young Boulder-based startup focused on the mobile space. Our flagship product is a location-based mobile coupon platform available on iPhone and Android. Our service has launched in several cities around the country, and our technology has been white-labeled to partners in both the US and Canada.

We're now seeking to round out our development team as we continue to fulfill customer needs and as we take on some new, exciting mobile projects. We're looking for self-starters who can take ownership of projects and provide creative input as much as bulletproof code.

Our needs include both native app developers (specifically: iPhone, Android, and BlackBerry) as well as mobile web developers. Skills & technologies include a combination of the following:

• Cocoa, Objective-C
• Java, including Java ME and Dalvik
• Ruby on Rails
• PHP
• XHTML, CSS, DOM, Javascript
• Prototype or jQuery
• MySQL and PostgreSQL
• RESTful architecture
• Agile methodology
• Git version control
• EC2 and S3 experience a plus
• Experience with social & check-in APIs a major plus (4sq, gowalla, brightkite, twitter)
• Strong communication skills, and a good sense of humor

Candidates should have solid experience in either web front-end development or native app development, or ideally, both! Current CS students seeking paid summer internships are welcome. All positions will be 1099 with very competitive pay and long-term potential. We will gladly share specific project details during the interview.
