A leading mobile and digital marketing agency, Mobile Fusion seeks a Business Development Manager to keep up with its rapid growth. A “hunter” with a proven track record, this team member will sell text message and mobile marketing campaigns and solutions. This individual contributor reports directly to the Managing Partner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
-- The primary day-to-day role is to sales prospect nationwide via phone and email to defined vertical industry and geographic target segments.
-- Find and set up face-to-face sales appointments in local market.
-- Engage resources to qualify, develop and close qualified opportunities.
-- Develop customer proposals to solve client business problems and marketing challenges.
-- Client service, including project management and ongoing support and thought leadership.
-- Adept ability to define client success and technical requirements while proactively driving client business and digital marketing roadmap.
-- Other client and operational duties as required.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
-- 2 to 4+ years of business development experience.
-- Proven track record to develop qualified leads and secure appointments.
-- Mobile and/or digital marketing experience preferred.
-- Proven quantifiable results in current / previous work experience.
-- Completed previous sales training a plus, especially Solution Selling or similar sales methodology.
-- Technically astute with the ability to translate complex technologies into simple, easy-to-understand communication.
-- Can-do team attitude focused on client, team and business success.
-- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
-- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-- Must bring a passion to help clients achieve their business and marketing goals and objectives.
-- Self-motivated, proactive individual with positive attitude.
-- College degree required.
