MoMoCo Members
As some of you are aware we have put together a first draft of
the Colorado Mobile Technology Ecosystem. This draft is now posted on the
MoMoCo website for feedback (in “files” under the “more”
tab) or click here.
As a first draft we know we have missing companies, companies misaligned based
on core competencies, and in some cases old logos. So the reason we posted this
is to get feedback on the draft. Please let us know if your company is missing
or not aligned properly with what you do as a core competency, or if you know
of other companies we are missing and should include. For those of you that
would prefer a different logo we can also easily swap those out too. We are
only looking for companies that are either based here or have a heavy
operational presence, not a company with remote offices for sales activity. This
currently is NOT focused on services companies that leverage other companies
technologies or are consulting/development shops. We will add an additional
slide with those companies to the mix after we complete this one, we are only
looking for companies with core technology.
If you could all review and get back to me with your
feedback by the end of this week, we will work to solidify the content of the
slide and publish a final version. This slide and the services one to follow
will serve as a tool for many things and for many people, which is why we are
putting it together. For example, there are brands and agencies that do not
know what local mobile technology companies are even here, and therefore don’t
do business with them. The venture capital community is unaware of the quantity
or quality of companies that exist here and dismiss the region for new
investments. And finally, we want YOU to know about one another so you can work
together when it makes sense.
I look forward to the feedback and will get the final
version published ASAP!
Thanks!
Jason Stout
